I call it a public beta becuase it's exactly that. The site has not been officially announced - only announced in the chatroom, to selected members and in various posts I have made on some of the sites. I need to be sure the site is 100% working before I officially release it as the last thing I want to do is announce it and have it fall flat in it's butt an hour later ^^;;;
