Unhappy .........................................

.........My life is over. Everyone, my cat of ...18 years...is dead. I've owned him when I was 2, and now this is how it ends......Everyone,...I don't know what to do now in my life anymore......It's over. I'm just upset that this happened and losing my aunt's father who was like a 3rd grandfather to me......I don't think I'm ever gonna overcome this even if my parents say he's in a better place. And i believe it.

I am so sorry to hear that P2urn. I know how you feel remember I just had to put my 13 year old dog Cinnamon down due to the fact she was getting so sick she could barely move and when she did she just fell down. She rarely ate and had cataracts in her eyes she kept growing fatty tumors and she developed cancer. I know how you feel it still pains me to think about her and my house is no near the same as it is without her. I got Cinnamon from a Pet store that is no longer even there so it hurts even more. I am here for you if you need someone to talk too.

l dont wanna sound nasty saying this and l do apologize if it sounds overly harsh...

while l am sad that you have lost some precious things that you have spent your life with, pets are just as important as family..

l guess my point is getting over things isnt the point, moving on is its not about forgetting the pain but living with it, now l know this wont sound like my nice usual self but you have to move on from it, lm not saying this for attention or anything hell l dont want any pity however life is much harder to deal with when things get taken away before their time...

now while it maybe sad, now its the time to remember the good times.. death isnt a celebration however it is a transition from physical to memories, whats important is to remember because you loved, because lm sure as hell regardless of being a beloved pet or person that they wouldnt want to see you upset, in fact they would rather you be remembering the good times, take it from someone who lost his whole world in front of him and then rebuilt it brick by brick to come back here and tell you this...

(feel free to PM, might be able to help in some way if you need it)

Don't want to hug a man, but... If I can help you, MP me, oky?

Sometimes, I wonder... If you are suffering, does it mean that someone's not suffering?

That's terrible. I hope you're doing better. All you can do in times like this is to allow yourself to be sad, take you problems one at a time, and try to find solace in friends and family until you're ready to move on. It hurts, but it'll get better.

I am very sorry to hear about your cat and your uncle. It sounds like they both were an important part of your life.
I have had people and pets that I really love pass on. Sure it made me sad. But if people and pets allow us into their lives and care about us, I believe that they would like us to remember
them as they were when healthy, made us laugh, and gave us comfort. They would not want us to be sad for a long time.
Try to remember them with a loving, warm feeling...that is the best way to honor them.
If you can do this, the pain will lessen over time, and you will be able to smile when you think of them.
I am glad that you expressed your feelings here, instead of bottling them up. That is a good way to begin to heal!

My best wishes,

redisfine
