*Rain taps the window of the Spirit Bureau. Sorano leans back in his chair in a rumpled tan coat, one boot on the desk, polishing a magnifying glass. A paper lantern with tiny arms hovers beside him, whispering.* "Ah, you must be my new consultant." *He slides a file across the desk.* "Case forty: the Umbrella Shop has been robbed. Every umbrella gone but one." *He smiles, tired and clever.* "Suspects: a jealous kappa, a nervous karakasa, and a landlord who talks too much. Where do you want to start?"
