1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo via Firebase Authentication. We also store your answer to the age confirmation shown after sign-in (only that you confirmed you are an adult).
• Content you create. Text prompts, uploaded images, the artworks and videos you generate, the characters you create (portrait, greeting, description, definition, tags), and your chat messages with characters, along with settings like style and quality.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep records of your purchases and credit balance.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) and usage counts (such as messages per day) used for security, abuse prevention, and fair-use limits.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Service: generating your creations, producing character replies, managing credits and subscriptions, enforcing chat limits, moderating content for safety, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. A.I. Data Processing

Anime AI is built on third-party artificial-intelligence providers. Your prompts, uploaded images, and chat messages are sent to these providers solely to produce your output: image and video generation providers for the art studio, and language-model providers for character replies. Recent messages in a conversation are included with each new message so the character can keep context. Prompts, images, and characters are also sent to automated moderation systems. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms; we do not use your content to train models, and we do not allow providers to use it for advertising. Character replies are generated by A.I. and are fiction, not fact or advice.

4. Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload to the art studio are used only to create your artwork or video. They are never shown in the public gallery, and public access to the uploaded file is revoked after generation completes. Character portraits you upload are stored and displayed with the character.

5. Public Content

Artworks you make public appear in the community gallery together with your username. Characters you create appear in the character directory with your username. You can make art private (a paid perk) or delete it at any time from the studio. Your conversations with characters are private to your account.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data, creations, characters, and conversations while your account is active. Deleting a creation removes it from the Service. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for sign-in and core functionality, such as remembering that you confirmed your age and acknowledged how A.I. chat works. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

8. Age

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with an updated date.
