Unanswered: Rottweiler 101
Since everyone else is making these I thought I should jump in XD My specialist subject has to be rottweilers but does cover dog training of all shapes and forms. Anything from basic obedience right through to personal protection work. I also dabble a little in dog psychology ^_^
I have a feeling there will be little call for it but I might as well offer!

HAHA!
Hex is getting big....er. His training is going EXCELLENT! he's remarkably obediant....but um...I'm starting to suspect he's framing a lot of my boys for...unusual events around the house to include:
overflowing sinks.
locked doors.
random missing plates mysteriously showing up in beds.
missing sex toys.
and a strange drainage of shampoo in the bathroom...
Please tell me I'm not nuts. Can a dog really accomplish all of this?

Under the couch cushions to be exact. Sometimes between their legs when they sleep.... I walked in on [censored for privacy] while he was taking a nap and found a toy between his legs....it was...awkward. and I know he didn't put it there himself since he's not the sort of person to do something like that.

It's entirely possible, from what I have heard from your boys Hex is one of the most inteligent dogs I have come across. The sex toys could definately be him, if he has plenty of toys he could see objects like that as his toys too and putting them between someones legs while they sleep could be his way of saying "play with me when you wake up". Plates are a dog's best friend - if they disappear when dirty and reappear somewhat cleaner hidden in places like beds then it's almost certainly him. Dogs often attempt to "hide the evidence" (at least my boys have lol) so in someones bed or under a cushion is ideal because in their minds they have just burried it.
As for locked doors... while it is possible if they are locked using keys or something small it's a little unlikely a rottweiler would be able to manipulate something that small. The same with the shampoo - it would taste good to him, the only possibility there is he played with the bottle and the top came off but that would have left a mess he wouldn't have been able to clear up.

Well that explains a little at least lol! The plates and the sex toys i was expecting. So the rest I'll have to blame on someon else until the truth is exposed!

Yeah - you could always set up wireless spy cameras in areas that keep "getting hit" that way you would know one way or the other lol
